rajaph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that credentials have been compromised, that unauthorized access has occurred, or that the account is being accessed from multiple unrecognized devices or locations in a manner inconsistent with normal player behavior.
rajaph accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). rajaph does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign bank transfers, or third-party payment processors not listed herein.
Minimum Deposit The minimum deposit amount on rajaph is ₱100. rajaph reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds upon notice to players.
Deposit Ownership You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your rajaph account are your own funds, from legitimate sources, and that you are the authorized owner or account holder of the payment method used. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
Anti-Money Laundering rajaph complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines. rajaph reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited into any account. Deposits identified as potentially suspicious may be frozen pending investigation and reported to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.
rajaph does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees, which are outside rajaph's control.
Withdrawal requests on rajaph are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to the payment method's availability for withdrawals. rajaph may require completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request.
Processing Times GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed on the same business day for verified accounts. BPI, BDO, and Metrobank withdrawals are processed within one to two business days. Processing times may be extended during Philippine public holidays or periods of high transaction volume.
Minimum Withdrawal The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. rajaph reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits in accordance with account VIP tier status.
Withdrawal Refusal rajaph reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) active bonus wagering requirements remain unsatisfied; (c) a security review of the account is in progress; (d) rajaph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; or (e) the withdrawal conflicts with applicable legal obligations.

Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or actions of third-party providers may result in temporary service unavailability. rajaph will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize such interruptions but accepts no liability for losses arising therefrom.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit rajaph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
Closure by the Player You may close your rajaph account at any time by contacting rajaph support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure, net of any outstanding bonus obligations, will be refunded to your registered Philippine payment method within the applicable processing time, provided your account is in good standing and KYC requirements have been met.
Suspension or Termination by rajaph rajaph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — at its sole discretion and without prior notice — where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9; (b) the player has provided false or misleading registration information; (c) age verification has failed; (d) an account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months; or (e) rajaph is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.
