These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and rajaph ("rajaph," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at rajaph.net and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By completing the rajaph account registration process, accessing any game or service on the platform, or making any financial transaction through rajaph, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to be bound by these Terms in full;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party; and
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and you participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

These Terms apply to all products, services, games, promotions, and features available on rajaph, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, bingo, and all other game categories offered on the platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active rajaph account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register as players);
• You are a resident or citizen of the Philippines or are otherwise permitted to access online gaming services under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not accessing rajaph from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not subject to self-exclusion, cooling-off, or account suspension on the rajaph platform;
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of rajaph or any of its affiliated game providers; and
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

rajaph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by rajaph will result in account suspension pending verification.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) rajaph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Registration Information When registering for a rajaph account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered Philippine mobile number, and any other information required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You must not use false identities, impersonate another person, or provide misleading information.

KYC Verification rajaph is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests and in certain other circumstances. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership upon request. Acceptable Philippine identification documents include but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, Driver's License, PRC ID, and Voter's ID.

Account Accuracy You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. Any change in your registered mobile number, email address, or other contact information must be updated promptly through your rajaph account settings or by contacting rajaph support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rajaph login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party for any reason.

You agree to notify rajaph immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. rajaph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

rajaph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that credentials have been compromised, that unauthorized access has occurred, or that the account is being accessed from multiple unrecognized devices or locations in a manner inconsistent with normal player behavior.

rajaph accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). rajaph does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign bank transfers, or third-party payment processors not listed herein.

Minimum Deposit The minimum deposit amount on rajaph is ₱100. rajaph reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds upon notice to players.

Deposit Ownership You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your rajaph account are your own funds, from legitimate sources, and that you are the authorized owner or account holder of the payment method used. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

Anti-Money Laundering rajaph complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines. rajaph reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited into any account. Deposits identified as potentially suspicious may be frozen pending investigation and reported to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

rajaph does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees, which are outside rajaph's control.

Withdrawal requests on rajaph are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to the payment method's availability for withdrawals. rajaph may require completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request.

Processing Times GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed on the same business day for verified accounts. BPI, BDO, and Metrobank withdrawals are processed within one to two business days. Processing times may be extended during Philippine public holidays or periods of high transaction volume.

Minimum Withdrawal The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. rajaph reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits in accordance with account VIP tier status.

Withdrawal Refusal rajaph reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) active bonus wagering requirements remain unsatisfied; (c) a security review of the account is in progress; (d) rajaph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; or (e) the withdrawal conflicts with applicable legal obligations.

rajaph offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be claimed by the registered account holder. Bonus sharing, transferring, or pooling is not permitted.
• rajaph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to an account.
• Where a player requests withdrawal before satisfying applicable wagering requirements, rajaph reserves the right to deduct any outstanding bonus amount from the withdrawal.
• rajaph may refuse or reverse a bonus payment if it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed abusively, fraudulently, or through the use of multiple accounts.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned to rajaph. Any winnings generated from an erroneously credited bonus will be voided.

Players who have opted out of receiving rajaph marketing communications may still be eligible for bonuses — eligibility is determined at rajaph's sole discretion.

All games available on rajaph are governed by individual game rules which form part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game in question.

Technical Failures In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or platform malfunction that interrupts an active game session, rajaph will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and resolve the session in a manner that is fair to the player. rajaph's determination of the correct game outcome in such circumstances is final. rajaph is not responsible for losses arising from player-side connection issues.

Game Outcome Integrity Slot game outcomes are generated by certified random number generation (RNG) systems subject to independent testing. Live casino outcomes — including card deals, roulette wheel spins, and dice rolls — are produced by physical events on camera in real time. No employee or affiliate of rajaph has the ability to influence game outcomes.

Voided Rounds rajaph reserves the right to void any game round or bet that was placed as a result of a software or system error, an unauthorized promotion, or a technical condition that rendered the bet price or game state incorrect.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rajaph and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or accessing rajaph while under the age of 21 years;
• Registering or operating more than one rajaph account under any identity;
• Using software, bots, algorithms, AI tools, scripts, or any automated system to place bets, access game outcomes, or manipulate game sessions;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured bonus terms to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, dealer staff, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or using rajaph for money laundering purposes;
• Attempting to defraud rajaph through charge-backs, false payment disputes, or reversed transactions;
• Abusing bonuses through systematic exploitation of promotion terms, including through the use of multiple accounts or shared devices;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rajaph staff or other platform users via live chat or any other communication channel; and
• Circumventing geographic or account restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other masking technologies.

rajaph is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. rajaph provides players with the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their rajaph account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum net loss thresholds over defined periods. Once a limit is reached, rajaph will prevent further wagers until the period resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure session duration reminders that notify them when a defined time period of continuous play has been reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from rajaph. A self-exclusion request, once confirmed, takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the specified period.

All content on the rajaph platform — including but not limited to the rajaph brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, website design, text, software, databases, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rajaph or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the rajaph platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any rajaph content; reverse engineer any rajaph software or game mechanism; use rajaph branding or trademarks without prior written authorization; or create derivative works based on any rajaph intellectual property.

Any unauthorized use of rajaph intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rajaph's aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the rajaph platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rajaph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rajaph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special loss or damage, including but not limited to: loss of gaming winnings or opportunity; loss of data; loss of goodwill or reputation; or any financial loss arising from your voluntary decision to wager.

rajaph does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or actions of third-party providers may result in temporary service unavailability. rajaph will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize such interruptions but accepts no liability for losses arising therefrom.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit rajaph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Closure by the Player You may close your rajaph account at any time by contacting rajaph support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure, net of any outstanding bonus obligations, will be refunded to your registered Philippine payment method within the applicable processing time, provided your account is in good standing and KYC requirements have been met.

Suspension or Termination by rajaph rajaph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — at its sole discretion and without prior notice — where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9; (b) the player has provided false or misleading registration information; (c) age verification has failed; (d) an account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months; or (e) rajaph is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Where an account is closed by rajaph due to confirmed prohibited conduct or material breach of these Terms, rajaph reserves the right to retain the account balance in whole or in part as damages or in satisfaction of any outstanding liability owed by the player to rajaph.

rajaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — rajaph will provide notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.

Where changes are minor or administrative in nature, rajaph may update these Terms immediately without prior notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the rajaph platform after any change to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using rajaph and may request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your rajaph account, or your use of the rajaph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Dispute Process Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to submit any dispute to rajaph's internal dispute resolution process by writing to [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. rajaph will acknowledge your complaint within three (3) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, either party may pursue resolution through applicable Philippine legal channels.

Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a Philippine court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
